Who we are

Having previously run a successful home improvements business for many years, we have found that demand by landlords for our property services has grown more and more with each year.

Unlike other letting agencies we offer fully comprehensive maintenance and management packages, using our tradesmen to ensure you receive a professional and economical service, allowing you to have all the benefits of a rental property without any stress.

We appreciate that landlords are looking for stress-free tenancies and to maximise return on their investment with minimum outlays; we feel that our expertly tailored packages and fully trained staff can provide this.

How we can help you

We offer three packages which range from just finding a tenant to completely managing the tenancy and all that’s involved. Our packages stand out above the rest because we can offer the entire package with all maintenance and repair work carried out internally through our home improvements team.

Within our home improvements team we have gas-safe registered engineers, fully qualified electricians and experienced joiners meaning we can offer a stress-free service, no chasing tradesmen or putting your property into the hands of someone unreliable or untrustworthy. Any products and services not included in your chosen level can be organised and charged on an individual basis, i.e. Energy Performance Certificates.

Laura Mitchell – The Lettings Expert

I set up my own business about 5 years ago specialising in property management, tenancy procedures and legislation and offering a made to measure, flexible and professional approach to letting. I hold a SVQC Level 6 in Letting & Property Management and keep up to date with ongoing compliance requirements and legislation changes. No talking the talk, it’s simply all about service, communication, honesty, commitment and trust. 

I have always worked around people and am usually the problem solver, pacifier and thinker, the one who works behind the scenes to make everything appear to work beautifully, with a quick mind, a resourceful approach and quite possibly with laughter.

My vision is to offer a professional and personal service with discretion, integrity and a little bit of passion for good measure.

Damon Harrison – The Building Pro

Having worked in trades since 13 years old with my dad, I have always had a passion for seeing a project through and getting the best results possible. Over the past 30 years I have become a gas safe registered heating and plumbing engineer, a qualified electrician and a time served joiner. They always say if you want something done right do it yourself, and I’ve always felt the best way to provide the best service is by knowing what I am talking about.

My passion for houses has always been apparent whether it’s been working in them, renovating them, building them or selling them. I felt a long time ago that this put me in a unique position to be able to offer tenants and landlords the best service when it came to renting, along with my lettings experienced colleague Laura!

Natalie Harrison – The Admin Queen

My entire career has been built around working with people! I understand, I empathise, I like to see people get the results they desire, that way we are all happy.

Having worked in property refurbishment since 2016 I completely understand how important it is that landlords have someone who cares about their property as much as they do. And having rented until later on in life I get just how stressful it can be trying to find the right place, in the right area, and having a good relationship with the lettings company.

I’m here to assist the professionals with keeping both tenants and landlords on the straight and narrow and make the process as easy as possible.
